Build out your team with managers

Adding Managers

WolfPack Central provides flexibility to work alone, or build experiences with your team. Here's how to invite a teammate to join you:

1 - Open the Managers screen and press Invite Managers.

2 - Enter their email address and press invite (or invite and continue to add another manager)

The recipient will receive an email that contains a link to set up their password.

After sending an invitation, the person will be added to the table as pending. You can resend invites if someone hasn’t gotten around to accepting.

Account Permissions

There are two account levels for managers:

  • Central Account Manager: full access to the Central System

  • Central Content Manager: access to planning features; prevents access to billing management.

Managers are created with content permissions by default. Elevate to account manager if needed once they are verified.

Once a manager is confirmed, you can change permission level by pressing the pencil icon to edit and selecting the desired level from the option.
