Introduction to travelers

In WolfPack, your tour clients are called “Travelers.” In the Travelers screen, there are two options to add new travelers to your account - one by one, and multiple.

The main part of the screen is the list of your travelers. Here, you can see the status of each traveler, including groups they are part of, if they accepted the invite, or are still pending, and whether or not they are considered active for billing purposes.

The system manages all invites for you. Your clients will receive an email with a QR Code that can be scanned to download the app and get direct access to your content.

How to invite a single traveler

To add individual travelers, press the Invite Traveler button. enter their name and email address, pressing save when done.

This will send them an email invitation that includes a unique magic link. The link opens the right app store for their phone, and takes them right to their account once the app is installed.

Adding multiple travelers in bulk

WolfPack simplifies the process of adding multiple travelers simultaneously, making it ideal for accommodating large groups.

Here's how to add multiple travelers:

1 - Select the multiple traveler option, which opens a screen for streamlined management.

2 - Download a spreadsheet template from this screen, allowing you to efficiently input the email addresses and names of multiple travelers.

3 - Once the spreadsheet is filled in, save the file and upload it by using the drag-and-drop feature.

4 - The system will check for any potential issues with the file. If any problems arise, make changes to the file, save, and re-upload it.

5 - Keep track of your uploads' status, as Wolfpack allows you to review the status of previous file uploads.

Adding travelers to groups

After creating a group, you're set to start adding travelers to it. The process can be done either during group creation or after saving the group.

Follow these steps to add travelers to a group:

1 - Select a Group: In the Groups screen, choose the group you want to add travelers to and click the edit button.

2 - Assign Travelers: Within the edit screen, navigate to the "Assign Travelers" tab. Here, you'll find a searchable list of all the travelers in your account.

3 - Add Travelers: Press the green button located to the right of a traveler's name to add them to the group.

4 - Finalize and Notify: Once you've added all the desired travelers, press the "Save" button at the bottom. The group will immediately appear in their WolfPack Apps once unlocked from draft mode.

Traveler Invite Email and Magic Links

After inviting a new traveler, they will be sent an email that includes a QR code. Scanning the code will take the client through a simple onboarding process:

1. It automatically detects their phone type (iOS or Android).

2. It opens the respective app store on their phone.

3. Once they install the app, the app store will direct them to open the app.

4. They will be taken into the app, logged in, and ready to receive/review travel content from you.
